Public transport

The start and finish area is located in the city centre on Südermarkt, just 700 metres from the central bus station or 900 metres from the main railway station. We kindly ask you to travel in a climate-friendly way.

Parking

Large car parks are located on the Campus and on the Exe as well as in front of the sports halls at the school centre.

In the city and especially at the hotspots Südermarkt and Hafenspitze there are plenty of local offers.

The start and finish area at Südermarkt, the relay hotspot Hafenspitze and the Jacob Cement, Sonwik and Nordertor refreshment points are worthwhile places to cheer on.

The route is largely accessible and offers photogenic views in many places.
The view from the water is also rewarding, for example with the electric boats from FlensBoat (Ballastkai 3).

Road closures and public transport information will also be announced there.

All destinations are accessible to residents throughout the day. However, time delays must be expected as those running have priority. Where necessary, there will be helpful volunteers along the route.
