Registrations are only possible online. The closing date for entries is one week before the race, on Sunday at midnight.
They will be issued on presentation of confirmation of registration or an identity document:

If the starting documents cannot be collected in person, another person can be authorised. Upon presentation of a copy of the identity card or registration confirmation, the documents will be handed over.
Re-registrations are possible free of charge until the registration deadline, 14 days before the race (stating the old and new registration data) by e-mail to kontakt(at)flensburg-marathon.de.
After this date, changes can only be made on Saturday at the race office for a processing fee of € 5.

Public transport
The start and finish area is located in the city centre on Südermarkt, just 700 metres from the central bus station or 900 metres from the main railway station. We kindly ask you to travel in a climate-friendly way. During the marathon weekend, participants and volunteers can travel free of charge on the city buses. Registration and helper confirmations and start numbers are valid as tickets.
Parking
Large car parks are located on the campus and on the Exe as well as in front of the sports halls at the school centre.
Showers are available in the sports hall of the Auguste-Viktoria-Schule, Südergraben 34, only 400 metres from the finish line.
The shower and sauna area in the Sports-Club of the Flensburg Galerie is available exclusively for marathon runners.
You can hand in your own refreshments on Saturday from 10-16 h or on Sunday until 8 h at the race pack collection point in the Flensburg Galerie.
Please label the refeshments with "Sonwik", "Hafenspitze 1" (sandy area) and "Hafenspitze 2" (water's edge). (The location can be found on the course map.)
The official event-shirt made from recycled polyester can be ordered when registering. There are women's and men's models in sizes XS and above as well as a long-sleeved version. They will be handed out with the starting documents at the Flensburg Galerie.

The event is a run authorised by the DLV and the Schleswig-Holstein Athletics Association on officially measured courses suitable for the best lists. The DLO and the IWR apply in the current version. A club membership is not required.
Participants can have one piece of luggage stored in the Flensburg Galerie. A detachable luggage tag is attached to the side of the race number. It can be attached to your luggage with a stapler, adhesive tape or similar. Luggage will be stored on presentation of the race number.
There are temporary changing rooms in the Flensburg Galerie.
All successful runners receive a finisher's medal at the finish line. In the Flensburg Galerie, the medal can be immediately personalised with time and name by laser engraving. This service should be ordered when registering.
Marathon
Finish times from 3:00 to 5 hours, every quarter of an hour

Along the route, the Red Cross will provide professional care at every refreshment point under the medical supervision of our emergency doctor.
The starting line-up is at the Südermarkt on the Holm. Please sort yourself according to the finish times given in the registration process, the pacemakers will serve as orientation. The finish line is located directly at the Südermarkt.
Only participants with start numbers are permitted to start.
These differ in colour depending on the race and must be clearly visible on the front of the body. They may not be altered. Anyone not wearing a race number will not be counted.
Public and/or mobile toilets are available at all refreshment points and in the start area (especially Nikolaistraße).
The toilet in the Flensburg Galerie is reserved for the crew.

The official certificate can be downloaded and printed out after the event via a link on our homepage or directly from Davengo.
Timekeeping is carried out exclusively via the davengo GmbH measuring system using transponders attached to shoes or relay batons with integrated transponders. The fee for timekeeping is included in the entry fee. Both gross and net times will be recorded for all competitions.
Split times for the marathon are given for ¼, ½ and ¾.
