The route leads through the pedestrian zone around the Flensburg Galerie and past the central bus station to the harbour basin. From there it goes over the harbour tip to the eastern side of the f jord and along the harbour dam to the turning point on Nordstraße. The route now runs along the fjord back to the harbour, in the opposite direction around the harbour tip, past historic ships and through the Flensburg Nordertor, turning south. The route continues through the infamous Oluf-Samson-Gang in the centre of the historic old town with the shoe lines and through the pedestrian zone back to Südermarkt.

• All sufficiently trained and healthy runners who are at least 10 years of age in the calendar year are eligible to participate.
• All participants are responsible for their own health requirements for taking part in the event, if necessary following medical advice.
• The legal guardians are responsible for the participation of minors.

• Place 1-3 m/f, AK classification only on all certificates and in the protocol.
• Classification in age groups of 5 according to DLO from main class.
• The award ceremony will probably take place at 10:00 am in the Flensburg Galerie. Please pay attention to the announcements on site.

• All successful runners will receive a medal at the finish line.
• The official certificate can be downloaded and printed out after the event.
