The route leads through the pedestrian zone around the Flensburg Galerie and past the central bus station to the harbour basin. From there it goes over the harbour tip to the eastern side of the fjord and then always parallel to the water on flat roads heading north. Between Volkspark and the Baltic Sea , the route changes to the Sonwiker Promenade via the sewage treatment plant site, where the turning point is reached shortly before the Odore del Mare. Now the route continues along the fjord back to the harbour, in the opposite direction around the harbour tip, past historic ships and through Flensburg's Nordertor gate, turning south. The route continues through the infamous Oluf-Samson-Gang in the centre of the historic old town with the shoe lines and through the pedestrian zone back to Südermarkt.

• All sufficiently trained and healthy runners who are at least 14 years of age in the calendar year are eligible to participate.
• All participants are responsible for their own health requirements for participation in the event, if necessary after medical counselling.
• The legal guardians are responsible for the participation of minors.

• Place 1-3 m/f, AK classification only on all certificates and in the protocol.
• Classification in age groups of 5 according to DLO from main class, additionally m/f U16. There is no team classification.
• 1-20 points will be awarded for the Zippel's Nord.Cup.
• The award ceremony is expected to take place at 13:30 in the Flensburg Galerie. Please pay attention to the announcements on site.

• All successful runners will receive a medal at the finish line.
• The official certificate can be downloaded and printed out after the event.
